Frequently Asked
What if I've already booked most of my vendors?
That's exactly what partial planning is built for. We'll start by reviewing what you have in place, identify any gaps, and take it from there. You don't need to start over — we work with what you've built and fill in what's missing.
When is the right time to hire a partial planner?
Partial planning works best when you're 6–12 months out and have made a solid start. If you still have several vendors to book and want help managing the final stretch of planning, this is typically the right fit. If you're further along with most vendors already locked in, our Coordination package may be a better match.
How is partial planning different from full planning?
Full planning is end-to-end support from the very beginning — we're involved in every decision from venue selection forward. Partial planning is designed for couples who have a head start and need a professional to come in, assess where things stand, and manage the remaining pieces through the wedding day.
Do you work with vendors I've already booked?
Absolutely. We'll review your existing contracts, get introduced to your vendor team, and take over as the primary point of contact. Your vendors stay — we simply step in to manage coordination and communication going forward.
What areas do you serve?
We're based in Charleston, SC, and serve the greater Charleston area, the Lowcountry, and Savannah, GA. We also welcome out-of-state couples — a large portion of our clients plan remotely and we have systems in place to make the process smooth from anywhere.
