Zero day-of stress
You've spent months booking vendors, building timelines, and bringing your vision to life. The last thing you want is to spend your wedding day managing it all yourself.
Wedding day coordination is for the couple who planned their Charleston wedding independently and simply needs an experienced coordinator to take the reins. We step in 60 days out, get up to speed on every detail you've put in place, and execute the day from start to finish — so you can be fully present for it.
This is a good fit if you:
- Have planned your wedding mostly on your own and feel good about where things stand
- Have all (or nearly all) of your vendors booked and just need someone to manage the day
- Don't want to spend your wedding morning sending texts to your florist or caterer
- Want a professional keeping every vendor and timeline on track so nothing slips
- Are ready to hand it all off and actually enjoy the day you've worked so hard to plan

How it works
The 60-Day Handoff
Two months out, we get fully briefed — reviewing your vendor contracts, timelines, and every detail you've built. You hand it off; we take it from there.
We Prepare Everything
We confirm all vendors, build the final day-of timeline, coordinate the rehearsal, and make sure every piece is in place before your wedding day arrives.
We Run Your Day
From the first vendor arrival through your reception send-off, we manage every detail on site — so you never have to look at your phone or solve a single problem.
Everything to execute the day you've planned
Wedding day management picks up two months before your wedding. Here's exactly what's included from handoff through send-off.
- Initial planning review — contracts, vendor contacts, and existing timeline
- Final vendor confirmations and point-of-contact introductions
- Master day-of timeline, built and distributed to your full vendor team
- Ceremony and reception layout review
- Rehearsal coordination and direction
- Full on-site management on your wedding day (typically 10–12 hours)
- Vendor management and troubleshooting throughout the day
- Guest and wedding party guidance from ceremony through reception
- Coordination of end-of-night breakdown and vendor departures
Pricing depends on your venue, vendor count, and day-of complexity. We'll confirm everything on your call.

Frequently Asked
What's the difference between wedding day management and our Coordination package?
A professional coordinator can't walk in on your wedding morning and effectively manage a day they know nothing about. Our coordination package begins 60 days out, giving us time to review your full plan, connect with your vendors, and build a detailed timeline before the day arrives. You get true expertise, not just a warm body on-site.
When should I book?
We recommend booking 3–6 months before your wedding date. Even though our active involvement starts two months out, we only take a limited number of weddings per weekend and availability goes quickly. Booking early ensures you have a spot locked in.
What if I still have a few vendors to book?
Wedding day management is designed for couples who are mostly or fully booked. If you still have several vendors to secure and want help finding and coordinating them, our Partial Planning package is likely a better fit. We're happy to talk through both options on your inquiry call.
How many hours are you on-site on the wedding day?
We're typically on-site for 10–12 hours, covering from vendor load-in and setup through reception and end-of-night breakdown. We don't leave until your vendors are packed up and you're safely on your way.
Do you attend the rehearsal?
Yes — rehearsal coordination and direction is included. We run through the processional order, timing, and logistics with your wedding party the day before so everyone knows exactly what to do and where to be on the wedding day.
